
This was in Cusco, Peru. I had the best pizzas, soups and the best-in-the-world guacamole. On the table are maze (huge big kernel, as big as my thumb), asparagus soup and guacamole - big chunks of onion, one big thick splatter of avocados, a generous squeeze of lemon juice, then eat it with huge pieces of tachos. And enjoy it with great friends, Debra and Teri.
